We're a design-build company, so our team can handle both design and construction under one contract. If you already work with an architect or designer, we're happy to build from their plans.

Do you pull permits?
Yes. As a licensed North Carolina general contractor, we handle the permits and inspections your project needs with the local building department.

How long does a remodel take?
It depends on the size and scope. A bathroom update takes much less time than an addition or a whole-home renovation. Material lead times also play a role. We'll give you a realistic schedule during the pricing stage, before any work begins.

Can we live in the home during the remodel?
For most kitchen, bath, and outdoor projects, yes. We plan the work to keep your home as livable as possible and keep the jobsite clean and safe. For larger renovations, we'll talk through options with you ahead of time.
