Step 4: Finalized Proposal & Contract

Step 5: Pre-Construction Planning
With all approvals in place, we transition into execution. You will be introduced to your dedicated Project Superintendent and Project Manager, who will serve as your primary points of contact. We will coordinate material procurement, secure necessary permits, finalize labor schedules, and establish a detailed construction timeline.
Step 6: Precision Construction Execution
On the designated start date, construction will commence under the supervision of your Project Superintendent. You will receive regular progress updates, and your Project Manager will conduct routine site visits to ensure adherence to the schedule, quality standards, and project objectives.
Step 7: Final Walk-Through & Quality Assurance
Upon project completion, a final walk-through will be conducted with your Superintendent. Together, you will review every system, structural element, and finish to ensure alignment with agreed-upon expectations. Any necessary adjustments will be promptly addressed to guarantee your complete satisfaction.
Step 8: Project Closeout & Ongoing Warranty Support
